V N Karazin Kharkiv National University

N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was established in November 1804, and found in the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine.
It is one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe
The University is one of the largest research centers in Ukraine, its researchers co-operate with scientists from the USA, Canada, Russia, Germany, Turkey, China, Japan, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Great Britain and other countries.
It is an active member of the international community of the leading European and world universities. It cooperates with 61 partners in 25 countries of the world.
Today the University has 22 Schools and 124 Departments which provide training in 61 major areas. The University also encompasses 3 Research Institutes.
Every year the University grips more than 150 international and national conferences on research and teaching methods.
The university exploit new equipment, high technology products, state-of-the-art technologies, materials and other products of the intellectual activity of the University faculty, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students.
Since the university’s foundation, the university has graduated around 130,000 students.

In the “Top-200 Ukraine” rating conducted by the UNESCO Chair for 2016 Kharkiv University ranks third among all Ukrainian Higher Educational Institutions.
It’s been the seventh time that the University made it to top–500 best universities of the world, holding the 477^th
According to UI Green Metric World University Rankings the university holds 496^th place among the universities of 81 countries.
According to Scopus, the world’s largest abstract and citation database, the University holds the second position among Ukrainian Research and Educational Institutions by the number of articles published in the leading international scientific publications.
According to QS World University Rankings it is the best university in Ukraine and 410th university in the world
