North-Caucasus Federal University was founded in 2012. It was the merger of three universities — Stavropol State University, Pyatigorsk University for Humanities and Technology, and North-Caucasus State Technical University. Each university has an outstanding educational history behind it. The purpose behind this merger was to build advanced innovation-driven comprehensive centers for research, training and qualified staff meeting the international standards.
The university provides higher medical education that meets all international guidelines including NMC Gazette 2021 released by the Indian government.
